HSEQ Manager - UK and Ireland - Remote

Overview

The HSEQ Manager will be responsible for managing health, safety, environmental, and quality processes and systems in the UK and Ireland, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across departments.

In Short

• Manage ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report on management system performance and improvement goals.
• Advise the Board on quality, health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Prepare and maintain corporate health and safety documents.
• Support internal audits and 2nd/3rd party external audits.
• Manage incident investigations and develop preventive action plans.
• Control Safety Schemes in Procurement and vendor prequalification.
• Coordinate the HSEQ team.
• Travel throughout the UK and Ireland for support.

Requirements

• MSc or Degree in Health and Safety with 5-10 years of experience.
• Passion for Health and Safety.
• Collaborative working style.
• Experience with ISO management systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Experience in auditing and inspection.
• Strong analytical and IT skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• CMIOSH qualification is desirable.
