Service Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

Konecranes is seeking a motivated Service Sales Representative to enhance customer safety and productivity by selling various lifting equipment and services to existing clients.

In Short

• Engage in sales activities to meet sales quotas.
• Prepare price estimates for service work.
• Maintain contact with existing accounts and prepare reports.
• Document activities in CRM software.
• Monitor service department workload.
• Assist in collection efforts for problem accounts.
• Ensure timely contract renewals.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in service-related sales preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Good PC skills.
• Prior experience with cranes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must maintain a good driving record.
• Willingness to work off the ground.
• Ability to relocate may be required.
