Overview

The Product Support Specialist for Lift Trucks at Konecranes will assist dealers and key account customers in North America, focusing on customer satisfaction and product quality to drive business opportunities.

In Short

• Assist dealers and customers with Lift Trucks service and product support.
• Develop and teach assembly and commissioning processes.
• Verify product specifications and quality.
• Provide technical training to customers and dealers.
• Visit customers to offer technical advice and support.
• Report non-conformities and technical issues.
• Support the sales force with technical requirements.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement.
• Plan travel for product support functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Good PC skills.
• Bilingual (English required, Spanish desired).
• Experience in machinery aftersales support or similar industries.
• Technical background in hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Availability to travel frequently.
• Reside near a major airport.
