Overview

The Site Support Manager plays a critical role in supporting site activities throughout the planning, execution, and warranty phases of a project, ensuring successful outcomes and enhancing customer experience.

In Short

  • Support Project Management as a subject matter expert.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts for complex technical issues.
  • Act as a site supervisor when needed.
  • Collaborate with installation subcontractors.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide technical mentorship for Project Management team members.
  • Foster internal relationships with partner groups.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Overhead Crane or related industrial experience.
  • Proven experience in site management in an industrial or construction environment.
  • Hands-on experience with overhead crane installation and commissioning.
  • Strong technical skills and desire to understand products and processes.
