Project Manager - Ports Solutions - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for customers during the warranty period for new equipment, ensuring effective communication and project success.

In Short

• Manage customer projects from initiation to handover.
• Travel to customer sites for meetings and project checks.
• Lead internal meetings with stakeholders.
• Generate service requests and assign tasks to field operatives.
• Review job costs and maintain service schedules.
• Procure necessary materials and parts for projects.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Participate in reporting processes related to job performance.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical Associate’s degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in planning or executing customer projects.
• Technical understanding of cranes and technology preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25%).
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
