Overview

The Sales Service Representative at NBCUniversal will support revenue generation and customer service efforts, focusing on both internal collaboration and client interactions.

In Short

• Support stations/regions efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service.
• Execute broadcast and digital order entry.
• Perform order maintenance throughout campaign flight.
• Communicate and confirm order changes with buying agencies.
• Assist in creating and managing advertiser/agency codes.
• Coordinate with account managers to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments.
• Send preempt reports to account managers.
• Post flight invoice maintenance and adjustments.
• Assist traffic with locating campaign materials.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic and Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
