As an HSEQ Manager, you will lead the development of a proactive culture in health, safety, environmental, and quality practices within Norwegian operations, influencing business decisions and fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of practical HSEQ experience.
• Experience with ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001).
• Confident leader with ability to influence.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement across organizational levels.
• Business-oriented mindset for operational challenges.
