Overview

As a Revenue Manager at RoomPriceGenie, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our clients in the UK and Ireland, helping them optimise their revenue management strategies and fully leverage our platform.

In Short

  • Conduct performance review sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions based on individual client needs.
  • Proactively monitor account health and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the UK and Ireland.
  • Work closely with the Product team to relay customer feedback.

Requirements

  • C2-level English proficiency, with additional French skills considered a strong asset.
  • Currently based in the UK/Ireland or in CET timezone.
  • A problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation.
  • Prior experience as a Revenue Manager in the Hotel Industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Exceptional communication skills for educating clients.
  • Calm under pressure to manage urgent client inquiries.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of hospitality challenges.
