As a Controller at RoomPriceGenie, you will leverage your financial expertise to enhance compliance and drive business performance across various entities.

In Short

• Responsible for month-end closing activities across all entities.
• Ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and adherence to group accounting policies.
• Managing and forecasting cash flow via direct method.
• Overseeing intercompany transactions and related transfer pricing documentation.
• Managing consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.
• Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
• Coordinating with local accountants for statutory reporting and audits.
• Monitoring regulatory developments in accounting and finance laws.
• Collaboration with external auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and understanding of German business culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial control.
• Expertise in local GAAP and IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting systems.
• Strong ability to manage group consolidation processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• High integrity and professionalism.
