Kodif is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead impactful marketing initiatives and enhance community engagement through events.

In Short

• Lead planning and execution of industry events and executive dinners.
• Foster relationships with CX leaders and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on events.
• Manage all aspects of event production and logistics.
• Drive pre-event execution and manage RSVPs.
• Represent Kodif professionally at events.
• Develop post-event reports and track ROI.
• Ensure marketing materials reflect Kodif’s narrative.
• Own the event calendar and budgeting process.
• Identify new field marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing or events in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of executing executive-level events.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and comfort with logistics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
• Creative mindset with willingness to travel (~1-2x/month).
