Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead complex, strategic sales deals with innovative eCommerce brands, shaping the enterprise sales motion at Kodif.

In Short

  • Exceed quarterly new ARR targets through strategic deal execution
  • Own a territory of eCommerce and subscription brands
  • Lead multi-threaded sales cycles in the $150K–$500K+ ACV range
  • Align with CX, Digital, and Ops leaders on automation strategy
  • Build compelling business cases and executive-level narratives
  • Manage longer sales cycles with Proof of Value or pilot phases
  • Partner with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and CS
  • Represent Kodif at industry events and executive dinners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive
  • Track record closing $150K+ deals
  • Success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong outbound/hunting ability and pipeline generation ownership
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Background in AI or customer support technology is a bonus
