• We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Field Marketing and Events Manager.
• This role is critical to driving demand generation and fostering customer engagement.
• You will manage trade shows, regional events, and customer engagement programs.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Plan and execute trade show strategies and logistics.
• Partner with AEs and BDRs to organize regional events.
• Manage customer-centric events to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and manage budgets for trade shows and field marketing programs.
• Measure and report on the success of field marketing programs.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in field marketing and event management in B2B SaaS.
• Outstanding organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience using HubSpot for managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and lead generation.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its challenges.
