In Short

• Refine and execute an integrated, North America field marketing events plan.
• Design the event marketing strategy for Five9’s participation in all tradeshows.
• Manage logistics & execution of events.
• Oversee event scheduling, program budgets, and expenses.
• Ensure flawless execution of all events.
• Collaborate with Field Sales leadership and regional teams.
• Manage event vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct post-program assessments to track results and measure ROI.
• Travel expectation up to 50-60% to attend events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event & tradeshow marketing.
• Exceptional budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing booth properties and tradeshow management.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
