Overview

Kiva Confections is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive distribution and sales growth for its hemp products in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with traditional retailers and experience in the cannabis industry.

In Short

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for territory and distributors.
  • Lead distributor engagement and business planning.
  • Oversee financial expenses and ensure profitability.
  • Design distributor incentive programs to drive performance.
  • Manage execution for national and regional key accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store execution.
  • Monitor inventory levels to meet demand.
  • Act as primary contact for distributors and key accounts.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy with the Head of Sales.
  • Provide insights into channel segmentation and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in distributor sales management.
  • Proven success in territory and distributor-level sales strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and forecasting experience.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hemp-derived Delta-9 product sales experience is a plus.
