Overview

KIND seeks a Vice President, Development, who will work as a key partner to the Chief Development Officer to ensure efficient development operations, offer strategic counsel, facilitate donor stewardship, and manage a small and growing team.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in development or fundraising.
• 5 years in a management role.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
