As a Revenue Operations CRM Lead at Kin, you’ll be at the center of our revenue and customer experience strategy—building and optimizing the tools that help us grow smarter and serve customers better.

In Short

  • Lead the implementation and management of a new CRM platform.
  • Work closely with sales, underwriting, and service teams.
  • Unlock efficiencies and streamline workflows.
  • Improve visibility into performance metrics.
  • Develop and launch new workflows and automations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Manage HubSpot user accounts and permissions.
  • Conduct training sessions for new CRM users.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver new CRM features.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Requirements

  • Experience as a CRM administrator in a B2C environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot's SalesHub, ServiceHub, and MarketingHub.
  • Expertise in building workflows and automations.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
