• You will be the senior technical lead for the data engineering department.
• Lead the transition to distributed computing using Databricks.
• Design, develop, and implement a distributed computing environment.

• Provide hands-on architectural guidance throughout development projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data systems design and architecture.
• Proven experience in large-scale data systems and cloud-based tools.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams.
• Ability to develop data architecture roadmaps aligning with business strategies.
• Expertise in data architecture for structured and unstructured data.
• Fluency with modern cloud data stacks and SaaS solutions.
• Experience with data governance and metadata management.
• Experience working with real-time data streaming.
• Knowledge of data analytics, BI, and visualization.
