Overview

The Trading Support Engineer will ensure our trading systems run seamlessly, serving as a proactive problem-solver and a bridge between traders, quants, and engineers.

• Monitor and support live trading systems across global crypto exchanges in real time.
• Act as first responder for production issues.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with Python and/or scripting languages.
• Familiarity with trading systems and APIs.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in cloud and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of SQL for data investigation.
• Background in trading or financial markets.
• Ability to resolve production issues under pressure.
• Strong incident management skills.
