Overview

Katapult is seeking a General Counsel to provide strategic legal advice, manage corporate governance matters, and collaborate with various departments to grow Katapult while mitigating legal and compliance risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and JD from accredited institution.
• At least one state bar admission, preferably in Texas or New York.
• 7+ years of legal experience, with 5 years as the top attorney for a public company.
• Preferred experience in consumer financial products and fintech.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely.
• Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
• Collaborative problem solver with a commercial focus.
