Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement.
  • Experience with enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Familiarity with quality management platforms is a plus.
