Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Karbon, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring their success and driving growth through effective communication and relationship building.

In Short

  • Develop and own a quarterly success strategy for your customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their challenges.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Karbon’s Invoicing & Payments product.
  • Manage customer renewals and ensure retention.
  • Stay updated with Karbon’s Product Roadmap and relay features to customers.
  • Monitor customer health and usage metrics proactively.
  • Advocate for customers internally, providing feedback to various departments.
  • Key performance metrics include Retention and Expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS role with a proven track record.
  • Knowledge of the accountancy software market is ideal.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for customer value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with cross-functional teams.
