Overview

This role is remote, allowing for global execution, with optional office locations in New York and San Francisco.

In Short

  • Manage a scale book of business of around 100 accounts.
  • Partner on the development of ElevenLabs’ scaled Customer Success playbook.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high potential clients.
  • Own the upsell, cross sell, and renewal processes for the scale segment.
  • Create repeatable and self-serve processes for customers.
  • Measure and improve customer satisfaction & experience.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption of products.
  • Track NRR and customer health KPIs against company goals.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a SaaS organization.
  • A strong scalability and customer excellence mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality.
