Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Trunk Tools, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success with our software products, driving engagement, retention, and growth.

In Short

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process.
  • Manage and monitor customer health.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide updates.
  • Own customer issues and resolve challenges.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
  • Develop customer success plans.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in construction technology is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
