  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting and closing.
  • Respond to prospective customers and tailor presentations to their needs.
  • Drive and expand your portfolio of prospects through outbound engagement.
  • Create outreach sequences leveraging marketing content to secure meetings.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate updates in Salesforce/Gong.
  • Demonstrate Karbon's value proposition to clients.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professional and financial upside.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS to mid-market businesses.
  • Experience with outbound sales; hunter mentality.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong business case through a consultative sales process.
  • Technical aptitude to master sales tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask sales opportunities.
  • A friendly, but assertive demeanor.
  • Preferably located in Central or Eastern time zones in the USA.
  • Bonus points for experience in Workflow, Accounting, or Project Management software.
