Overview

The Account Manager will focus on expanding the market position of Kanadevia Inova in the renewable energy sector, managing relationships with existing and new clients, and overseeing project proposals from inception to contract signing.

In Short

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and project partners.
  • Develop potential projects and gather relevant information for internal screening.
  • Create budget proposals in collaboration with the estimator.
  • Lead the proposal team from tender to contract signing.
  • Negotiate client or consortium contracts with the proposal team.
  • Develop a marketing strategy and define measures for successful implementation.
  • Provide feedback on technical trends and market position.
  • Initiate R&D activities for new products and improved processes.
  • Engage in lobbying for relevant associations or institutions.

Requirements

  • Completed degree with a technical and economic focus.
  • Several years of experience in sales and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of technical processes and systems.
  • Good understanding of commercial and contractual concepts in plant construction.
  • Knowledge of the market and competitive forces.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
