In Short

  • Communicates with Kafene customers via telephone, managing queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintains customer accounts by verifying and recording account information.
  • Handles large volumes of incoming and outbound calls.
  • Resolves product or service problems effectively.
  • Builds sustainable relationships through open communication.
  • Follows Kafene procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
  • Proven customer support experience, ideally in the rent/lease-to-own industry.
  • Strong phone contact-handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
