The Assistant Controller will oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, while preparing accurate financial statements.

In Short

• Own and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Lead the preparation of internal and external financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and tax filings.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
