Requirements

• Experience in technical hiring at early-stage startups (ideally Series A or B).
• Ability to build hiring processes from scratch.

• Determined and systematic sourcing approach.
• Ability to track and measure hiring metrics.
• Comfortable working in a zero-to-one environment.
