Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and triage a ticket queue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with API-driven tools is a bonus.
  • Calm and empathetic communication style.
  • Ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
  • Collaborative approach across teams.
  • Experience in healthcare is nice to have.
