Lab49 is a specialist strategy, design, and technology consulting company dedicated to the financial services industry. We are looking for a Mexico-based Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, helping to attract the right talent as we experience significant growth.

In Short

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies for candidates.
• Act as a consultant in the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to hiring teams.
• Leverage innovative sourcing methods for niche roles.
• Maintain the Lever Applicant Tracking System.
• Build relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify quality candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Existing network of English-speaking technology candidates.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior leadership.
• Advanced sourcing skills for passive candidates.
• Knowledge of social media and branding tools.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of consulting and financial services markets.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
