Overview

As a Technical Recruiter at RxSense, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our Software engineering, data engineering, product, and IT functions.

In Short

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and team needs.
• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
• Source candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority roles.
• Drive a high-touch candidate experience.
• Use data and analytics to track recruiting metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Promote employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and diversity goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of technical roles.
• Experience using ATS platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
