Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this full lifecycle recruiting role, you’ll lead recruiting efforts for product and engineering positions across the US, Mexico, and the Philippines, while also supporting hiring needs in other business areas.

In Short

• Source, screen, and evaluate technical candidates across multiple regions (US, Mexico, and Philippines)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the position requirements
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs
• Assist with recruitment efforts for other business functions as needed
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and updates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Familiarity with various recruiting channels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting
