Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Recruiter at TrueML, you will be the first point of contact for engineering and technical candidates, responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and enhancing the candidate experience.

• Track and report on sourcing metrics for pipeline health assessment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years in technical roles.
• 1+ year of in-house corporate recruiting experience.
• Success in DE&I hiring strategies and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Ability to assess technical proficiency and team fit during interviews.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Lever.
• Passion for mission-driven work and alignment with TrueML’s values.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• Interest in leveraging generative AI tools for recruiting workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
