Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to a powerful modality known as Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

In Short

• Work with mental health providers and clinics to enhance their practice.
• Ensure optimal value for Member Therapists through support and engagement.
• Utilize data-driven metrics to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with various teams for seamless operations.
• Monitor and enhance the Member journey.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Drive member retention and activation rates.
• Participate in continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team.
• Contribute to the advancement of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Requirements

• 2 - 5+ years of related work experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement tools.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
• Experience in the mental health industry is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment.
