Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to a powerful modality known as Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

In Short

• Lead therapist and patient acquisition strategy across various channels.
• Own performance marketing strategy and execution.
• Manage agency partners for creative testing and performance goals.
• Conduct structured experimentation across audiences and offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing pages and onboarding experiences.
• Build high-quality campaign briefs aligning goals and messaging.
• Monitor campaign data to refresh assets and improve performance.
• Support initiatives for organic growth and community awareness.
• Work cross-functionally with a focus on accountability and action.
• Join a mission-driven team focused on mental health care improvement.

Requirements

• 6–10 years in growth or performance marketing.
• Experience managing paid campaigns and acquisition channels.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics like LTV/CAC.
• Experience in designing structured growth experiments.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Background in DTC health or B2B2C models is a plus.
• Familiarity with referral programs and organic growth tactics.
