We are looking for a Regional Head of Sales (US market) to implement business strategy for a country, to coordinate the overall corporate strategy with customer success managers who are also responsible for the development of this region and to reach the target metrics.

The role is fully responsible for revenue growth in the country, growth potential and is aware of clients' pains, needs and targets.

In Short

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for the region (US)
  • Lead a team of several Customer Success and BizDev managers
  • Create a monthly, quarterly, and annual customer development plan
  • Develop current clients: revenue growth, bids increase
  • Implement new sales strategies to attract new customers
  • Track key metrics and blockers of client growth
  • Collaborate with other teams to find new mechanisms for growth
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure deadlines are met and goals are reached

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Lead/BizDev Lead/Head of Sales in B2B
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Experience in creating customer development plans
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Successful cases of developing strong client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of market growth potential
  • Proficient in tracking metrics and identifying blockers
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to contribute to business strategy development
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments
