Junior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Jooble is an international job search platform that helps people find relevant job vacancies. We are developing full-fledged job search websites in Ukraine, Hungary, and Romania, tailored to the local needs of candidates and employers. Currently, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our product team and help coordinate work on several internal projects. This is a great opportunity for a young specialist to immerse themselves in real project management processes, receive mentorship, and grow with the company.

In Short

• Work with the backlog and project artifacts (user stories, tasks, priorities)
• Work in JIRA, create tasks, monitor deadlines
• Prioritize tasks under limited resources
• Participate in daily planning and retrospectives
• Assist in organizing sprints and monitoring their execution

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban
• Understanding of the Project Manager role and key terms (backlog, user story, sprint)
• Practical experience with JIRA: task creation, backlog maintenance, planning participation (on real or project examples)
• Proactivity, critical thinking, willingness to learn
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Intermediate English level (reading technical documentation)
