GTM Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Junior GTM Specialist at JOIN, you will support customer-facing teams with technical insights and scalable processes, helping to translate complex solutions into clear business value and ensuring smooth product launches.

In Short

• Support GTM strategy execution for product launches, campaigns, and expansion.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and positioning.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform GTM planning.
• Assist in creating sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies).
• Document winning processes, recurring technical questions, and create simple guides.
• Run outbound campaigns and analyze outcomes, providing insights for improvement.
• Hypothesize and test new channels and outbound methods tailored to our ICP and personas.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and messaging skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-team collaboration.
• Interest in SaaS, tech, or go-to-market strategy.
• Data-driven mindset with curiosity to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
