Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Personnel Development (m/f/d) who will be responsible for strategic and operational personnel development and drive the further development of employees.

In Short

• Develop and implement personnel development strategies and programs
• Lead and further develop the personnel development team
• Identify qualification needs and design further training measures
• Introduce and manage talent management and succession planning processes
• Collaborate with leaders to promote employee development
• Manage training, coaching, and workshops
• Monitor and report on development measures and their success

Requirements

• Completed studies in personnel management, psychology, business, or comparable
• Several years of experience in personnel development, ideally with leadership experience
• Solid knowledge of modern learning and development methods
• Strong communication skills and high social competence
• Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
• Proficient in HR tools and MS Office
• Very good German and English skills
