Requirements

• 10+ years in software product development.
• 5+ years managing high-performing teams.
• 3+ years setting strategic product goals with stakeholders.
• 2+ years in a leadership role on web platforms.
• Experience in web UX/UI development (preferred).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails (bonus).
• Familiarity with React-based development (bonus).
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (bonus).
