Product Development Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for working with our brand strategy, operations, and manufacturing teams, as well as our current clients to develop custom product lines and storefronts.

• Manage product development processes and bring product lines to life.

• Work closely with the Juniper China team to improve and develop new products.
• Identify and develop new procedures to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and foster strong relationships with clients.

• Lead product growth initiatives for new verticals.
• Conduct thorough market research for product evaluation.
• Utilize design programs such as the Adobe Suite.
• Understand the influencer space across various platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading product development overseas.
• Strong knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in project management.
• Background in product design with knowledge of design programs.
• Analytical abilities for market research.
• Understanding of the influencer space.
• Ability to embody distinct brand voices.
