Head of HR - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to strategically and operationally manage the entire HR area for an established company with a clear growth strategy.

In Short

• Overall responsibility for HR strategy, processes, and development
• Leadership and development of the HR team (Recruiting, Employee Development, HR Services)
• Sparring partner for management and executives on all HR-related topics
• Further development of a modern, employee-oriented HR culture
• Implementation and optimization of HR systems, processes, and compliance topics
• Responsibility for employer branding, talent management, and change processes
• Collaboration with the works council and external service providers

Requirements

• Completed studies with a focus on HR, psychology, business, or comparable
• Several years of experience in a leading HR position, ideally in a medium-sized or internationally active company
• Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills
• Strategic thinking with an operational hands-on mentality
• Proficient in HR software and modern knowledge of labor law, employee development, and change management
• Fluent in German and very good English skills

Benefits

• A salary between 70,000 Euro and 135,000 Euro gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
