Overview

The Head of AI will own the strategy, implementation, and management of all AI systems across Vieira’s brands and clients, acting as both a builder and strategist to drive acquisition, retention, operations, and performance.

In Short

Lead AI system buildouts for acquisition, retention, operations, and offers.
Translate raw input into functioning automations and workflows.
Work with tools like ChatGPT, Rebuy, and Zapier.
Troubleshoot errors in automations or AI agents.
Manage context profiles and embeddings for brand training.
Optimize automations based on business feedback.
Document systems for reuse and scale.
Empower team members with SOPs and tutorials.
Share tools and growth hacks with teams.

Requirements

Experience building AI-driven automations or tools.
Ability to apply AI tools to e-commerce challenges.
Strong intuition for growth and customer experience.
Self-starter with curiosity and action bias.
Bonus: Experience with DTC brands and prompt engineering.
