• 5+ years in HR roles, ideally in fast-growing, international eCommerce or DTC businesses.
• Experience leading HR functions in remote-first or international environments.
• Skilled at scaling HR systems from early-stage to mature operations.
• Solid understanding of distributed team dynamics and global labor regulations.
• Excellent communicator with strong cultural sensitivity and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of global HR compliance and labor standards.
• Confident working directly with executive leadership.
• Experienced with tools like BambooHR, Notion, GSuite, and Slack.
