This role is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing cybersecurity sales team focused on disrupting traditional security models. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will take ownership of your territory by generating qualified leads, initiating strategic conversations, and building a robust sales pipeline with key decision-makers in security and technology.

In Short

  • Own the early-stage sales funnel by generating qualified meetings through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Map key accounts, build strong relationships, and identify business opportunities across various industries.
  • Educate and evangelize the Bug Bounty model with CISOs, Heads of Security, and senior executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Account Executives on deal strategy, handoff, and account nurturing.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetups within the region.
  • Work with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasting to ensure pipeline transparency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, demonstrating how bug bounty programs can enhance their security posture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development or related role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
