As a Lead AI/DevOps Engineer, you will drive the design, deployment, and management of scalable AI and DevOps solutions that enhance enterprise operations and customer experience. You will lead initiatives to implement advanced AI infrastructures, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize cloud and on-prem environments, support AI proof-of-concept projects, and deliver innovative technical solutions to complex problems. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and lead technical teams, influence AI strategy, and contribute to impactful, high-visibility projects. • Engage with customer teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide technical support throughout the AI product lifecycle.
• Monitor emerging trends in AI and DevOps to inform strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead initiatives to improve team processes and technical capabilities.
