Overview

As a Senior Risk Investigator - KYC, you will oversee Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) activities and enhance customer due diligence operations in a detail-oriented and proactive manner.

In Short

• Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) and know-your-customer (KYC) reviews for new and existing clients.
• Oversee BPO operations to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Develop and refine desktop procedures, metrics dashboards, and QA/QC processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve controls, workflows, and automation using verification tools.
• Support customer refresh processes and respond to RFI requests from banking partners.
• Review and adjudicate sanctions, PEP, and adverse media alerts to reduce risk exposure.
• Identify false positives and recommend rule changes to improve operational efficiency.
