In Short

  • Develop and implement leadership development initiatives and coaching programs for supervisors.
  • Partner with leadership to assess and enhance organizational structure, team effectiveness, and change management strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, including policy interpretation, performance concerns, and investigations.
  • Track and manage leave of absence activity, collaborating with business leaders and internal/external partners to ensure coverage and compliance.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture, supporting engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to inform leadership decisions on staffing, engagement, and talent development.
  • Support annual performance review and talent development planning processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in coaching and developing leaders.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with discretion.
