Lead Account Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Lead Account Manager who will manage client relationships and oversee 401(k) and retirement plans in a remote setting.

In Short

• Maintain and build client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate
• Manage a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans for tax-exempt entities
• Prioritize and execute workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
• Provide superior client service and consultations on plan operation and design
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an excellent client experience
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all work performed
• Communicate pro-actively with clients and advisors regarding industry developments
• Review and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500

Requirements

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
• Strong knowledge of non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500
• Relevant industry designation preferred
• Four-year college degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• High level of critical thinking
• Commitment to lifelong learning and coaching
