Overview

In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding key customers through the entire sales cycle, from initial consideration to purchase. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and contribute to the growth of our SaaS platform.

In Short

  • Lead the sales process for 50 Fortune 250 prospects, driving them from consideration to purchase.
  • Partner with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Account Associates, Customer Success) to execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and proof of values.
  • Manage and forecast pipeline and targets on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to contribute valuable insights to the product roadmap and corporate strategy.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members while contributing to the development of company culture.
  • Lead high-visibility customer events, such as CABs, conferences, and product launches.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and customer experience.
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with Fortune 250 companies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
